How it Works
Our research is built around you.
We could probably use the words ‘tailored’ or ‘bespoke’, but what we really mean is plan your UX research in an hour-long workshop. Each week we will learn a. little bit about you and your users.
We’ll guide you on choosing the right method to answer your questions.
InsightDash research creates your study from 10 base methods – you’ll also receive your own branded templates and surveys! Your researcher will teach you some basic methods and processes along the way.
Research is time-consuming, costly, and doesn’t always have the payoff you need. We can provide rapid UX research that is adaptable and accessible because we don’t believe in high entry tickets. Whilst you learn some basics to keep you going, its best to let someone support you the first few (dozen) times.
